All maintenance performed on a P4-registered aircraft requires a Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) issued in accordance with DCA Aruba Airworthiness Regulations to certify the work performed. The CRS must be issued as per AMC 047 Item 11 including the Aruban acceptance/validation number and containing the following statement:
“Certifies that the work specified, except as otherwise specified, was carried out in accordance with AUA-RLW and in respect to that work the aircraft is considered ready for release to service.”
