The Registry of Aruba welcomes private, corporate, and commercial aircraft owners and operators with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of 5,700 kg or more, as well as helicopters with an MTOW of 1,000 kg or more.
Aircraft registered in Aruba are given flexibility when choosing their registration marks. The nationality mark consists of the letter “P” and with the number “4” followed by a hyphen “P4-” preceded by the registration mark that may consist of any combination of minimum three up to five alpha-numeric characters; enabling the owner or operator to customize their aircraft registration marks and create attractive, suggestive, and vanity tail combinations.
To initiate the aircraft registration process in Aruba, the operator must submit a formal email request including the aircraft’s location, registration target date, preferred dates of the airworthiness inspections, the aircraft’s serial number and model, the desired registration marks, and a completed INS. 4.014 form.
