The Registry of Aruba is proud to announce the registration of the first Bombardier Global 8000 aircraft, marking a defining milestone in next-generation business aviation. Expected to be the fastest civil aircraft since Concorde, the Global 8000 is well matched with a registry known for moving at speed with precision.

Now added to Comlux’s fleet and managed under Comlux Aruba, the aircraft joins a portfolio of highly specialized VVIP aircraft, including the ACJ320neo, Boeing 767, and Boeing 787-8. Its registration under P4 supports its seamless integration into this distinguished fleet and underscores Aruba’s ability to facilitate high-value aircraft registration with efficiency and precision.

Andrea Zanetto, CEO Comlux Aviation, said: “Comlux is the first operator introducing a Bombardier Global 8000 in service. This achievement builds on a longstanding partnership between The Registry of Aruba, the Department of Civil Aviation Aruba (DCAA), and Comlux, dating back to 2011. Over the years, this collaboration has successfully delivered a series of landmark aircraft programs, including the SkyLady BBJ767, the Crystal Skye Boeing 777-200LR, the VVIP Airbus A330, the Boeing 787-8, and the Airbus ACJ320neo, each reflecting a shared commitment to technical excellence and operational reliability.”.

The Global 8000, Bombardier’s flagship aircraft, represents a new benchmark in business aviation. Designed to be the fastest purpose-built business jet, it combines exceptional speed, range, and a nextgeneration cabin experience. Following certification by Transport Canada, the FAA, and EASA, the Global 8000 has entered into service, setting a new benchmark in business aviation.

Sue Cuestas, Chief Operating Officer of The Registry of Aruba, commented:

“It’s incredibly exciting to see the first delivery of the Global 8000 enter service with Comlux. This milestone reflects a partnership built on trust and a shared commitment to excellence.”

The addition of the Global 8000 to P4 further reinforces its position as a trusted and forwardlooking aviation authority, providing operators with responsive support, streamlined certification processes, and the expertise required to manage sophisticated aircraft programs worldwide.
